The Gifts of Imperfection Book Club
I’m so excited to announce something we’ve been dreaming about for a while: our very first Sacred Earth Ministry Book Club!
Our first book will be The Gifts of Imperfection (10th Anniversary Edition) by Brené Brown.
If you’ve been part of our community for any length of time, you know we return again and again to the practice of authenticity. We believe healing begins when we stop trying to be perfect and instead have the courage to be fully ourselves, which in turn – creates healthier relationships and stronger communities. As Brené Brown so beautifully teaches, letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be – creates space for who we truly are.
This feels like the perfect first book for us to explore together.
I’ll be facilitating the discussions alongside Maddy, and our hope is to create a warm, thoughtful, and supportive space where we can reflect, share, and grow together. To help foster meaningful conversation and a sense of safety, we’ll be limiting the group to 15 participants.

To help us dive right into discussion, please come to our first gathering having read everything up to page 66 – Guidepost One (the Introduction and preceding chapters). At our second meeting, we’ll begin discussing Guideposts One and Two together.
